Crispy crackers in EVOO
We show a new crispy and delicious way to taste bread during meals. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 baguette bread.
- 50 ml La Española Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp of coarse sea salt.
- Aromatic herbs, spices, smoked paprika…(to your taste)
- Utensils
- Pastry brush.
- Oven tray.
- Parchment paper for baking.
Directions
- Slice the baguette bread in thin slices.
- Set one parchment paper sheet on an oven tray. Put the bread slices on it.
- Fill a small bowl with the olive oil. Cover each slice of bread with olive oil using a pastry brush.
- Sprinkle some sea salt, minced herbs, spices or paprika on top of each slice of bread.
- Pre heat the oven at 180ºC.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the bread gets a nice golden color.
- Cool down and they are ready to eat.
Note: you can store them in a closed box, away from light and humidity. They would last 10 to 15 days, until they start to get rancid.
